Yes. We source every product carefully and never sell counterfeit goods.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and most arrive within 2–5 working days nationwide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat PKR 200, and free on orders over PKR 2,500.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay with JazzCash, Easypaisa, card, or bank transfer.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check status at Track Order.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Yes — every product we list is sourced from authorised distributors or direct from international brand websites. We do not stock counterfeits, and serial-coded items can be verified on the brand website.

How do I track my order?

Open the Track Order page and enter your order number along with the email or phone number used at checkout. You will see the live courier status plus a link directly to the courier tracking page.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not at the moment. We ship only within Pakistan, with cash-on-delivery available in all major cities and online payment via JazzCash and Easypaisa.
